The Syrian security forces killed hundreds of civilians belonging to the group of minorities in continuous violence along the country’s coast, according to the War Control Group.
The Syrian British Observatory for Human Rights (Sohr) said that about 745 civilians were killed in about 30 “massacres” targeting the two righteous on Friday and Saturday.
BBC News could not independently verify these claims.
