US Secret Service shoots armed man outside White House

The service said in a statement that the US Secret Service shot a man outside the White House early Sunday after “an armed confrontation.”

He previously received information about the local police about “a suicide bomber who might travel to Washington, DC of Indiana.”

Its officers are close to a man who matches this description, “who called a firearm,” adding that the shots were fired. The man now said in the hospital in “unknown.”

President Donald Trump was not at the White House at the time, when he spent the weekend at his residence in Florida, Mar Lago.

“As the officers approached, the individual canceled a firearm and followed by an armed confrontation, during which the shots were fired by our employees,” the statement said.

This incident is now under investigation by the Capital Police in Washington, which is investigating all laws in Colombia.
