Florida launched a criminal investigation into the British American influencers Andrew and Tittistan Tate, who traveled to the state last week from Romania, where they faced rape and human guidance.
The Public Prosecutor in Florida, James Uthamier, said that the investigators had issued inspection orders and summons notes as part of an “active” investigation.
In the United States, the brothers also face a civilian lawsuit from a woman claiming to have stressed her to have sex, then distorted it after it has provided evidence of the Roman authorities. They strongly deny all allegations against them.
In the Big Big Big Brother, Andrew Tate has millions of followers online.
Andrew, 38, and his brother Tristan, 36, face separate charges in the United Kingdom of rape and human trafficking. They also deny these allegations.
Uthmeier, a Republican, said in a statement on Tuesday:
“Based on a comprehensive review of the evidence, I directed the state -level prosecution office to implement the search orders and issue calls in the active criminal investigation now to the TATE brothers.”
Tate Prakherz’s lawyer Joseph McBraide released a statement later on Tuesday about the investigation.
“Today, Prosecutor James Othmiere threw the ethics law outside the window when he publicly took a team in a continuous lawsuit in Florida where Andrew and Tate Tate are a woman from Florida to organize an advanced conspiracy to use sex as a weapon to destroy their lives.”
Mr. McBraide described the comments of the prosecutor “inflammatory” and “biased”.
Tates was first arrested in Romania in December 2022, and Andrew was accused of rape, human trafficking, and Tristan’s disorder in human trafficking. They moved to Romania from the United Kingdom several years ago.
Both denied the charges and spent several months under the arrest of the house. A year later, in August 2024, they faced new allegations including sex with minor people and smuggling them, all of them deny it.
It is understood that Tates is required to return to Buchaest at the end of March to meet the conditions of public prosecutors; However, it is too early to determine whether they will represent.
Police in the English province of Bidfordshire is still seeking to hand over Andrew to separate allegations and not related to rape and human trafficking, as well as tax evasion.
In the United Kingdom, four British women have submitted a civilian case against Andrew Tate in the country’s Supreme Court, claiming that he had raped her and forcibly controlled her, as well as her denial.
These prosecutors said it was clear that he would not face a criminal prosecution in Romania and appeal to the UK authorities to take action.
