Santorini to shut schools as tremors rattle Greek island

Schools were informed on the Greek island of Santorini on Monday after increasing seismic activity in recent days.

The authorities also advised not to “large gatherings in closed spaces” across the island – a famous tourist destination known for their white buildings and blue churches.
